It’s a one-day science festival for the whole family, where we combine the excitement of Eid with the wonders of science.

Discover the science behind Eid traditions, like the lunar phases and henna dye. Create solar-powered Eid cards, explore interactive exhibits, watch fascinating demonstrations, and join hands-on workshops that make learning fun.

We will be back and working with our friends in Rochdale, the UK leaders in community-focussed STEM engagement; Rochdale Science Initiative.

For one day ACS schools take over the whole of Thorpe Park and turn this classic theme park into a huge festival of STEM activities for thousands of young students.

Dare you enter the dome of Noise? You must pass the Nose Test to get in, and then survive the Bass Buzz to get out. The Acousatron is a fully interactive sound installation; a monstrosity of an electro-acoustic noise machine, built from upcycled materials. It’s loud, weird and slightly scary in a good way. Come and make some noise and don’t forget your nose.
