Since 2010 Noisy Toys has featured at many national music festivals including Glastonbury, Latitude, Green Man, Boomtown, Blue Dot, Camper Calling, Camp Bestival, Carfest and Beat Herder, Festival of Thrift. We have also attended many science and STEM events, but this page is focussed on music festivals.

Participatory Walkabout / science busking
Audio Assault Buggy: a walkabout act with a difference- fully participatory with Nose Testing of families or larger groups, and amplified junk instruments to jam on. Costumed performers facilitate participation.

Shows & science demonstrations
Oobleck Biohazard is a ground-level show all about the dancing cornflour and we do it better than anyone!
Bass in your Face is a stage show with big bass speakers and eruptions of flour and lentils.

Workshops: fixed or drop-in
Scavengers: drop-in workshop- Making & Tinkering with upcycled e-waste, building mini noise machines, circuits & sound.
We are specialists in engagment and imaginative participation; even our science shows have participatory elements. Our performers and facilitators are experienced and trained and chosen for their ability to impart the spark of passion and enthusiasm that is essential for memorable and fun science communication.
