Capturing the Flow – An Underwater Sound Workshop

Booking essential!

A sound workshop exploring how to capture and amplify underwater sounds, creating music inspired by the water around us.
Find out more about Hydrophones; specialised microphones designed to capture sounds underwater. In this session, you’ll learn how to use them, explore the unique sounds they can create, and discover how to amplify those sounds.
This is a technical, hands-on session that also dives into creative possibilities, showing how amplified water sounds can be used in innovative ways.
Plus, the hydrophones you work with will become part of our interactive sculpture!

Led by S.Summers

Please feel free to bring contact mics, recording devices, watery things if you like!
No prior experience is needed.Age Limit 14+
